AbdahEmporium.com accepts orders all day, every day. Orders are processed in the order they are received and shipped on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. All orders are shipped from my location in Grand Rapids, MI via USPS Priority Mail, or First class mail (first-class mail is for orders under a certain weight limit). Tracking information is provided once your shipping label has been created. Please allow a full 24 hours for your tracking information to be updated once notified.
Please note that the day an order ships does not count as a day in transit. USPS Priority transit times vary by state but typically deliver within 2-3 business days*. During the busy holiday season, USPS may experience delays that I have no control over.
Abdahemporium.com offers free USPS Standard shipping when the subtotal in your shopping cart is greater than or equal to $75.00, including, discounts, special offers, or sale items.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Firstly, it's so unfortunate when this happens, and I'm very sorry your goods didn't make it to you! Once a package is received by USPS, I no longer have any control over its destination. For stolen packages, I would suggest filing a police report with your local police department. If I decide to resend your lost or stolen package, you are required to cover the shipping costs associated with re-sending the package.
I am not responsible for shipping delays due to holidays, inclement weather, damage, or loss. Due to the COVID-`9 pandemic, shipping times may be significantly longer during busy seasons.
I take pride in packaging each order I receive very carefully (and very prettily). Packages are insured via USPS Priority Mail for those packages shipped priority. While I am not responsible for the handling of your packages by USPS during shipping, I will work with you to remedy the mishap should the contents arrive damaged. Please provide a photo of the damaged items within 48 hours of receipt and email them to email@example.com.
If a package is returned to me due to the address being incorrectly entered at checkout, I will contact you for the correct address and additional shipping fees will apply.
